Senior Seminar in Environmental and Biological Sciences: During the seminar, students and faculty share research ideas, research methods, research information / data, and as a group help each senior work toward successful completion of a written and oral project.

Senior Seminar in Environmental Studies: The seminar is an opportunity to develop, polish, and share the senior project with students who hold similar interests. The course, and the senior project represent the culmination of personal and intellectual development at the College.

Senior Seminar in Arts: The seminar provides a forum for issues that cross all of the disciplines, such as the sources of creativity, the giving of form to ideas, cross-cultural and historic contexts for art-making, accessing of traditions, relationship to the audience, issues concerning ongoing practice, and the contexts of presentation versus process.

Senior Seminar in Social and Global Studies: The seminar is an opportunity for students to conduct research in their own field of interest within the Social and Global Studies interdisciplinary domains. It is designed to help students formulate their research problems, articulate their theoretical argument, develop their hypotheses, design an appropriate methodology, conduct proposed empirical research, present the findings and prepare a final written report. The seminar is designed to facilitate directed interactions and discussions among students and faculty, providing students with collective feedback and guidance.

Senior Seminar in Communications / Media Arts: The seminar provides students an opportunity to develop a production plan for the senior project within a forum of students and faculty. The seminar will address issues of methodology, theory and historical context that informs the intended project, creative and inventive uses of the technologies available, and audience.
