Nineties Dennis Redmond ’91 e-mails: “After a long spell in grad school, finally got my degree in Comparative Literature and am embarking on a teaching career in media/culture studies/21st century geopolitics, most likely somewhere on the West Coast (I’m currently in California). Fellow alums can drop me a line at dredmond@efn.org.” Julia “Dolphin” Trahan ’91 recently had her 30-minute documentary called Julia’s Body aired on the BBC. The piece focuses on Julia and her artwork and is very political. Central themes surround race, gender, and sexual preference. It aired on August 14, 2003 on BBC3. Robert Redecker ’92 e-mails: “Hi guys! Living in Los Angeles and loving it! Spent a year down in Baja, Mexico working with environmental groups living on the beaches and hiking the hills. Quite the transforming experience: the sun baking away any preconceived notion of the self. Now I teach 9th grade. My kids are awesome! They’re Special Ed kids gifted in some area or just plain normal. And me, I’m a perpetual student.” Friends e-mail: RobertRedecker@earthlink.net.
