At Antioch Education Abroad (AEA), our acclaimed study abroad programs are designed to promote challenging opportunities to engage in deeply rewarding, often life-changing experiences in both the sciences and humanities. AEA programs further a historic tradition of combining rigorous academics with independent field research, apprenticeships, and internships. Our programs have integrity. All of our programs offer sixteen semester undergraduate credits, and they are experienced and celebrated by students around the globe.

Students on Antioch Education Abroad programs have access to an integrated, in-depth study abroad experience connecting them to the world. Whether living in a Buddhist monastery in India or examining diverse ecosystems in the Brazilian rainforest, AEA students come into direct contact with scholars, community leaders, and professionals in their fields. Our programs are hands-on, too. From personalized internships with master artists in Mali to gender discussions in European parliament, we insist students commit to cross-cultural education resulting in active global participation.
