Facility Rentals

Please click on a red link for further information about each space, including fees and/or photographs.  For the safety of our preserve, we do not rent outdoor spaces besides those listed here.

Rentals Booked Through the Glen Building:

Direct a message towards 937-769-1903 or <glenbuilding@antioch.edu> to begin the reservation process for any of these five spaces. 

Atrium/Auditorium/Outdoor Patio

Ideal space for receptions, meetings, and events requiring a stage; sound system, screen & projection.  Auditorium seats 140 theatre-style; 60--70 with our  tables. 

 

Round Room

Small space good for small meetings or pre-event dressing room.  Lots of natural light.  Capacity is 15.

 

Trailside Museum

Rustic building featuring nature exhibits that is ideal for a kids’ party or use as a babysitting extension during an Auditorium event.  Accomodates approximately 15 kids.

Birch House

Several carpeted main-event and breakout rooms in a home-like setting located in the South Glen.  Available after April 2008. 

  

Pine Forest

The Pine Forest is a picturesque outdoor setting ideal for daytime wedding ceremonies.  Capacity is 75 persons.

Main Lodge & Full Kitchen

Includes tables, chairs, and fully equipped kitchen rentable alone (great for family reunions!) or in conjunction with overnight spaces.  Capacity is 110.

Cedar Center Dorm

Our newest dorm, with two wings of bunk beds for overnight accomodations, private rooms for counselors or supervisors, and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Minimum 20 person stay, maximum 36 persons.

Hickory & Sycamore Dorms

Rustic overnight spaces with 32 beds each.
